The Village Series 2001-2004

The drawings and oil paintings in this series were made during a period of three years that I spent living in a village in the south of France. The images are of no particular location, but are an attempt to express the essence of the village, wherever it may be found. The series was shown at The Belgrave Gallery, London, in 2004.
