Alexey Kiryanov. St. Petersburg. Painter. An active participant in the protests of 1989 - 1991 and today's protests in St. Petersburg. He participated in the resistance to the transfer of St. Isaac's Cathedral to the Russian Orthodox Church, opposed Michelson's Novotek company in a protest against the expensive project of alluvial reclamation of part of the Gulf of Finland. He personally organized a protest against the destruction of the Union of Artists of St. Petersburg and the seizure of real estate and workshops from artists.
